Healthcare Professionals –Visiting Physician Temporary Permit
All visiting physicians must be currently in an ACGME-approved training program in their home institution and be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Illinois
A formal agreement is required between designated Hospital and the visitor/outside institution AICG will direct for step to be taken in acquiring visiting Physician Licence.

Program Letter Of Agreement will be required
